I currently have between a 12 to 14 week lead time. I am making them as fast as possible. I am also looking into ways to get these produced to my satisfaction by a fabricator. I have tried this in the past with other fabricators and simply was not satisfied with their samples.
Please don't be discouraged if I haven't gotten to yours yet. Feel free to ask about the status of your order at any time via email.
I have never had the volume of orders that I currently have. If you would like to order now, just drop me an email with the details of what you would like. I will then put you in the que on my waiting list. We could settle up when your order gets close to ship date.
I have also never produced as many guards per week as I currently do. Still tweaking production and building machines to help, so in the future, hopefully I can decrease instead of increase lead time.
I prefer that you do not pay in advance with this kind of a lead time. You can use Paypal already if you want, but just be aware of the backlog I am currently experiencing and the fact the Paypal will either withdraw your funds or charge your card immediately. This I have no control over. The lead times are simply estimates and should not be considered concrete. Orders should be simply submitted via email. I will then confirm that you have a spot on the list.
Thanks a bunch to all.

The recent price increases are due to my never really having raised them. There have been slight increases for postages, but never enough to actually cover the increased costs in reality. Mailing increases as well as material and shipping increases on material have really tapped heavy into the costs. I held off as long as I could guys. Thanks in advance for your understanding.
If you have already ordered or emailed me, the the older prices apply. Price increases effective May 4, 09.

If you don't see a Shark Guard for your particular saw and are interested in one,
please contact me.
I would be interested in working with you to develop a splitter design that would make the Shark Guard compatable. Thanks in advance. I am currently working on some splitters or riving knives for some other saws than you see listed here. Everyone has regular jobs and get limited shop time, so this process takes a little time.
